Sweet Memories Heirloom Pastries was founded on the belief that quality, taste and elegance should not suffer due to this day and age of an ever need for growing profits. Now known as Eloise's Pastries, it is traditional; with every aspect of the business being motivated by love and respect. One of the highest compliments Eloise's Pastriess staff can hear is“that tastes just like I remember it when my Grandmother made it”. Modeled after the elegant Sweet Shops that used to be in every small city back in the forties and fifties, it strives to be that ‘ all in one’ bake shoppe, with a modern take, filling all of your and your family’s sweet tooth's desires.
Eloise's currently does not have a store front - it operates by appointment and through its online store. Eloise's ships to all of the continental United States, so you can enjoy or share the joy, of quality, fresh, sweets from Eloise's Pastries at anytime, no matter where you are.
The founder /master baker Mille Baldwin - has the final say and final approval, … nothing leaves the shop without her final okay. She is renowned for‘doing things right’ and everything is held to her particular and high standards. Her recipes are a combination of handed down, or heirloom, and created.
Her small dedicated team is like minded and understands that the bakery is a short-cut free zone, everything has to taste phenomenal and look beautiful. Nothing less is acceptable. The bakery, licensed and insured, is also environmentally proactive and humane.
Eloise's Pastries is a member of Hunt Country Celebrations of Virginia, Northern Virginia Virginia Wedding Network, The Knot, and Wedding Wire. We actively support Fauquier Family Shelter, which helps homeless, and/or abused women and children. We believe Our Troops and Our College Kids need to feel love from home, so we have a product line which is heavily discounted so you, or friends, or other family can send care packages easily and often without breaking the budget.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL of our food is prepared in an environment which has peanuts, tree nuts and their oils. No perfect bite is worth a trip to the E.R.
